 Zion has landed!

This instrument is a totally different beast from our previous plugins. Instead of being a synthesiser that creates sounds from scratch like our other synths, this is a Rompler, loaded with real, recorded sounds ranging from pianos, guitars and strings to big leads, bass, synths and full drum kits (kicks, claps, percussion hits etc).

We've designed Zion to be super user-friendly and extremely low on CPU (so you can use many instances in your project). It's also our 1st VST to be available for Mac!

Check out the video below to find out more!

Main Features:

Over 300 Factory Sounds

Browse by category (Leads, Classical, Pads, Organs, Bass and more)

Drum Kits with hundreds of drum samples!

Built-in FX Modules (Delay, Distortion, Reverb, Chorus and Phaser)

Trance Gate

Amp and Filter envelopes to shape the sound

Chord Mode for instant oldskool Rave vibes!

Important:

Windows:

VST3 must be installed to your VST3 folder

Usually this is C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

Mac:

On some versions of Mac you will need to run the following line of code in your terminal (the location in the code will need to be changed if you have placed the Zion folder in a different location)

sudo xattr -rd com.apple.quarantine /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/Zion.vst3

More info on this here:

On some Mac's / M1 machines you may need to run Zion in Rosetta mode

To do this follow these steps:

  1. Find Zion.vst3 in the MacOS folder.
  2. Click the File menu in the Finder and choose the option “Get Info”.
  3. In the Get Info window, tick the checkbox next to “Open using Rosetta”.
  4. Close the Get Info window.

And that’s all there’s to it.
